Two officials in Pakistan’s southwestern Balochistan province said at least 11 people were killed when a suicide bomber blew himself up at a political rally in Balochistan on Tuesday evening, September 2.
The provincial officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to the press, added that 18 people were injured in the explosion, which occurred in the parking lot of a stadium where hundreds of members of the Balochistan National Party (BNP) were gathered.
